A Wonderful Experience
The Safe Haven Learning Center has been a wonderful experience for my family and I. The Director, Miss BJ has the warmest spirit and is very sincere about the children and their academic development. The children at Safe Haven are challenged so that they can be successful in the their learning and preparation for school. Safe Haven has a cultural diversity which I appreciate and believe is essential to children’s development.

Wonderful School!
My daughter has been attending SHLC since she was three years old, and we couldn’t be more pleased. The staff and Director have been great, providing guidance, nurturing acts and the motivation to excel. Parent involvement in the school is high and the weekly field trips have exposed my daughter to a new learning approach. Because of SHLC, my daughter loves to read and can’t wait to attend kindergarten this fall.

Outstanding Job!
Safe Haven Learning Center is very structured, where children are always kept busy with different types of activities, ranging from educational lessons, to science explorations, music, and art. This year my four year old went to Kindergarten. She was well prepared, as she scored very high on her IQ test, and was accepted to early entry into Kindergarten. She is more advanced in reading and math. Safe Haven Learning Center gave my child confidence in herself and good social skills, enabling her to make friends with ease.
Safe Haven Learning Center has been very attentive and supportive to me and my child and was able to resolve any problems quickly. Seeing as other families prefer to keep their children here for many years, I know I am not alone in these observations and feelings. I will strongly recommend this pre school.
Safe Haven Learning Center is a place of excellence. To the Director Ms. BJ, Once again, outstanding job – you are a ‘master educator’ – your calm, level temperament is respectful of students yet places responsibility and accountability on your students…. I wish more teachers were this consistent!

We are very grateful to have found this hidden gem called “Safe Haven Learning Center” (SHLC). Like most parents that are searching for a new school for their children, we wanted to find the perfect environment for our daughter. We hoped that it would offer us a great curriculum, a variety of extra curricular activities, diversity, and a positive and loving atmosphere. SHLC was that and much more for us. For instance. It’s very conveniently located, making it very easy for either of us to drop off, or pick up with little hassle of getting back to the highway. Yet the campus remains quietly situated away from the noise and bustle of the main thorough fairs. We also have come to rely on the daily reports via email that Ms. BJ provides us each afternoon. What a wonderful feeling it is to be able to know our child’s status regarding meals, nap time, and behavior at a quick glance. It offers us parents the latitude to peek in on our daughter, without losing momentum at the office. Lastly, we can not say enough about Ms. BJ. She is the heart and soul of SHLC. As highly involved parents, we tend to be very observant of all conditions that surround our child, with the primary concern being love and respect for all. We have found that in Ms. BJ, and in the way that she runs the SHLC. We love it and we truly love her!!! Ms. BJ energy is amazing and we hope that others who are searching for that perfect little place for there precious little ones, will find there way to this wonderful slice of heaven.
